A bed for the lover

In his song Bed Of Roses Bon Jovi sings to his sweetheart whom he wants to be his lover:
I want to lay you down in a bed of roses
For tonite I sleep on a bed of nails

In some of our projects the psychology of the businessmen reflects a similar situation when they talk with us for the first time. A prominent company has contacted them to acquire their shares. They want to sell. But at a good value. They don’t know how to do this. However, they certainly do not want to offend or upset that company. Therefore, if necessary they are ready to give them a bed of roses and take a bed of nails for themselves.

If you give them a bed of roses and accept for yourself a bed of nails, then they will hardly let you have even that bed of nails. Instead they may even cause you some sleepless nights. ☺

We show them how to create competition over their shares by finding other interested companies and also show them that no one gets offended or upset.

It is interesting to see that some businessmen who were afraid of offending the prominent company choose not that company to sell their shares to but one from those that we had contacted to create competition. And what’s more, they also choose to lay themselves on a bed of roses. No one really wants to have nails stubbing them. ☺

Creating competition in the market enables you to obtain the best conditions.
