Rehab of Amy Winehouse

With their slightly tilted heads they were looking at me. During our meeting of 3 hours they had answered all of my numerous questions about their company and had heard me saying, “At the end of this meeting I will tell you my thoughts about your company from the point of view of a potential acquirer.” Now, they were waiting for me to talk. They had a successful history but their future seemed to contain some problems. I said, “A rehabilitation is needed… ”

We can define rehabilitation as restoring to good health, condition, operation or capacity. We can think of it as being repaired and revived.

Sometimes it is too late for a company to undergo a “rehabilitation” or the company may not possess the required sources for such a “rehabilitation”. Sometimes the psychological conditions of the shareholders inhibit them in possessing the necessary energy for such a process. Just as in her song Rehab by Amy Winehouse. (They tried to make me go to rehab, I said, “No, no, no.”)

And nobody wants to be a partner in an “unhealthy future”.
